What you are booking
Hire of the podcast studio at Betliarska 3769/12 in Bratislava, staffed. Every package and every length includes:
- recording on three Sony cameras in Full HD,
- sound from four RØDE PodMic microphones through a RØDECaster Pro II,
- an engineer present throughout the session,
- 30 minutes of setup beforehand, which does not count against recording time,
- free parking at the building.
Packages differ only in what you receive afterwards — raw files, a finished episode, or an episode plus vertical clips. The exact scope is in the pricing on the main page.
The studio comfortably seats four speakers.
Prices
Prices in the list are final and include VAT. They apply to the package and length they are shown against.
The first-visit discount applies to any package and any length if you have not recorded with us before. You do not have to ask for it; we state it in the confirmation.
The price is calculated by the server on submission, not by your browser. The figure in the confirmation email is the one that stands.
How a booking is made
- You submit the form or call. This does not commit you to anything.
- Within 24 hours we get in touch, check the date is free and settle the package.
- The contract comes into being when we confirm the date. That is when we ask for billing details and hold the slot for you.
The slot the system holds after you submit the form is not a confirmed booking. If we do not reach an agreement, it is released.
Cancelling and moving a session
If your date falls apart, tell us as soon as you can at info@grindcaststudio.sk or +421 907 513 318. What matters is when we hear — the earlier, the better the chance we fill the slot with someone else.

Moving the date once is free if you tell us at least 48 hours ahead. A second move counts as a cancellation under the table above.
If we had to cancel your date, we offer an alternative or refund everything you have paid. If the alternative does not suit you, you get your money back.
As a consumer you have no right of withdrawal from a distance contract for a service to be provided at a specified time — a recording booked for a particular date is exactly that. The right also ends once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. None of this affects the cancellation terms above, which are more generous to you than the law requires.
Delivery
Raw files reach you by download link on the day of recording. Edited episodes are usually delivered within 5 working days, vertical clips within 7. If you need it sooner, say so when booking and we will try to fit it.
One round of revisions is included. Anything beyond that is agreed separately.
Who owns the result
The recording is yours. What is said in it is your responsibility — including the consent of your guests and rights to any music or material you add.
We will only use excerpts from your episode to promote ourselves if you agree to it.
When something is wrong
Send complaints to info@grindcaststudio.sk. We answer within 30 days. If we cannot agree, as a consumer you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body — for example the Slovak Trade Inspection, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, soi.sk.
