What we collect
From the booking form: your name, email, phone, company name (optional), your message, the package you picked, session length, number of guests, the date and time you want, and the language of the page.
Automatically on submit: your IP address, browser identification and the time of sending. This defends the form against bots and limits how many attempts come from one address. It is deleted 30 days after submission, sooner than the rest of the booking — by then it has nothing left to protect.
If you tick the newsletter box: also the date and time of your consent and the booking it came with, so it can be evidenced later.
Nothing else. Billing details are handled after we confirm your date, away from this website.

The newsletter is deliberately separate from booking. An email you give us for a session never enters the mailing list unless you tick the box yourself.
Who else sees it
We do not sell it and we do not hand it to anyone else's advertising. Only these parties handle it, and only as far as they need to:
- Our server provider — the site and the bookings run on a server in a data centre in Germany, inside the EU.
- Resend — delivery of confirmation and information emails. A company based in the USA, certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — traffic and ad measurement. Only after your consent. Without it their code is never downloaded and not a single request reaches Google or Meta.
For the Meta Pixel we are joint controllers with Meta for the part where data is collected and passed to it. What Meta then does with it follows its own rules.
For transfers to the USA we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Confirmed bookings — 3 years from the recording date, for possible claims and complaints.
- Enquiries that never became a session — 12 months from submission.
- Newsletter consent — until withdrawn. One click in the footer of any email ends it.
- IP address and browser identification — 30 days from submission. The booking itself stays, it simply can no longer be tied to your connection.
- The submission-attempt counter expires within 10 minutes.
Once the period is up, records are deleted automatically, not on request.
What you can do about it
You have the right to access your data, correct or erase it, restrict processing, take it to another controller, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect what happened before it.
Write to info@grindcaststudio.sk and we will answer within 30 days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
What we don't do
We make no automated decisions about you and we do not profile you. We do not track you across other sites beyond the tools named above, and those only with your consent.
